Cancellation policy

When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved especially for you and your therapist.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your booked time. Call or email us; bookings cannot be cancelled on the website.

• Cancellation at least 24 hours before: no charge.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: 50% of the price of the booked treatment.
• No-show: 100% of the price of the booked treatment.
• Late arrival: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. It then ends at the originally booked time, and the full price applies.

We understand that genuine emergencies and sudden illness can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider each such situation individually.

Clients who repeatedly cancel late or do not attend may be required to pay a deposit or the full price in advance for future bookings.

Fees not paid at the salon are invoiced with 14 days to pay. If payment is late, a payment reminder is sent and a reminder fee of 60 SEK is added, in accordance with the Swedish Debt Collection Costs Act (1981:739).
